Full Moon Party Dates 2023

The Full Moon party is back into the swing of things, already the numbers are returning to normal levels. The Parties have been active since late 2021, just not officially opened until late 2021. But now its officially opened and active each month. The full moon parties through 2022 were all good and growing in numbers each month. Almost back to normal.

Full Moon Party on the Island of Koh Phangan is once a month or can be sometimes twice a month if we have a blue moon. Every full moon party on the Island of Koh Phangan is located on the beach of Haad Rin. The dates are set by the phases of the moon, so when its full its party time from dusk till dawn.

Dates do change due to government events or Buddhist events. Sometimes a Buddha event happens during a full moon party and the full moon party will either be delayed by one day or set one day earlier, most the time its set a day later. During a Buddhist or Government event, you are prohibited to buying and drinking alcohol. Also most bars will be closed until 12 midnight during one of these events. Its always a good idea to be on the Island a few days before the party. Also most accommodation on the Island will only accept a minimum stay of 3 or 5 days.
