Baan Yai Villa

Baan Yai villa is a 5-bedroom villa with around 320sqm of living space and a swimming pool. This villa has a large fresh grass roof for a natural styled look, very common throughout Koh Phangan and Thailand. This Baan Yai villa has an open plan living area is comfortable and cool with views towards the pool and surrounding gardens.

This living area has a large sofa area, a perfect place for relaxing and a dining table that can seat up to 12 persons. Also part of the open plan living area is the fully equipped kitchen with large fridge freezer and ceiling fans. There is also an air-conditioned TV room with a 50’ screen and large king size sofa that can be used to accommodate an extra two persons.

The ground floor which is slightly raised from ground level has two double bedrooms with King size beds. The bedrooms have air-conditioning, TV, safe and a private bathroom. Also on the ground floor they have a bedroom with two single beds also containing a TV and air-conditioning.

The upstairs part of the villa has another two larger bedrooms containing two double beds. These rooms are spacious and have large smart TV screens, small sofa with coffee table and air-conditioning.

Another outside bathroom which is open air for a more natural ambiance. This bathroom has hot shower and sink.

The swimming pool which is 11 meters by 5 meters has built in benches and around the pool there is plenty of sunbathing spots. Lounge chairs, sun umbrellas and sunbeds are also around the pool.

The Baan Yai villa is located near the quiet village of Sri Thanu, around 10 minutes’ walk away. The manager, owner is on hand to pick you up from the pier and provide you with any kind of services you require for your holiday. Also within walking distance of 200m is a 24-hour supermarket 7/11.
